Kabukimono Location in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

You must find and defeat eight targets in this quest, which is called Kabukimono. Each target has three hints. You may have trouble finding some of them if you don’t pay attention to the location where they are listed. For more information, please visit ingametor.com.

How to Unlock the Kabukimono Quest

Kabukimono is likely to be the first sidequest you receive in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. It’s located in Izumi Settsu, the first province. Amagasaki is reached by crossing the water north of Settsu.

By moving straight east, you can find the quest symbol below the Nishinomiya Shrine. Talk to the NPC with the quest icon on top of him. A circle will appear in your goal bar containing all the Kabukimono.

Where to Locate and Eliminate the Grave Dancer

You should continue to level up once you have received the Kabukimono mission. It’s because the majority of Kabukimono have Ronin around them. Due to their constant attacks, these enemies are difficult to defeat directly.

Upgrade your assassin skills tree to remove three HP bars from enemies. The Grave Dancer can be found by heading to Osaka Kakurega. If you haven’t explored Osaka, it is easy to find. Simply cross the water to the southeast of Amagasaki.

The Kakurega, mentioned above, can be found on the southwest side Osaka. You do not need to travel there, unless you are using teleportation. Sumiyoshi is located to the south of Kakurega. Use observe mode to move forward and see a Ronin standing near a tree.

Where to Locate and Take Down Ember

Ember should be the second Kabukimono you are looking for. He is very near Grave Dancer. Teleport back to Osaka Kakurega. Ember is located on the southwest corner of the village near some burnt buildings. Continue straight west from Kakurega.

Just before you reach the water, which separates this village part, you will find the Kabukimono with his Ronin. This one is very easy to defeat. You can use the Kunai and lure him to the explosive barrels on his cart. Then, you can explode them with a Kunai and kill Ember and Ronin.

Where to Locate and Eliminate the Ghost General

It’s likely that the Ghost General will be your third Kabukimono. If you don’t know his exact location, it can be difficult. A hint says that he’s on the western coast. There’s not much else we know about him. Sakai is a city in Settsu located to the southwest of him.

Once you’ve arrived in the city, move to the northern edge of the city and then towards the west. The Ghost General will be on a dock, with his Ronin. It can be difficult to take out this Ghost General, but you can use smoke bombs if you are armed.

Where to Locate and Take Down Big Sueki

The next Kabukimono will depend on your level of assassination. It may be easy or difficult to kill. Big Sueki has three HP bars and is surrounded in his hideout by Ronins. This is less than other Kabukimonos.

This one’s a little different. You can only battle one Ronin. Now you can head north to Amagasaki Castle, in Izumi Settsu’s northwestern region. You will find Big Sueki’s Ronin army at Muko Post town.

Where to Locate and Eliminate Chief Cuckoo

The next Kabukimono is probably the one you’ll find easiest to find, since his directions are simple. The Chief Cuckoo kaukimono can be found in the Katano oil trading enemy area, located on the southwest side of Katano. The location is under the Izumo Settsu on the map.

Around him will be Ronin, as well as smaller enemies. First, eliminate smaller enemies and then use smoke to attack the Ronin.

Is It Better to Collect the Kabukimono or Target Them Individually?

You will have to wait for a little while after you’ve killed five Kabukimono to get the last three. These are higher-level Kabukimono than those you find in Settsu. These Kabukimono can be found in Harima Province to the northwest of Settsu. You can choose to make the process easier.

The game will ask you to leave a message at the Nishinomiya Shrine after you have completed the five Kabukimonos. This shrine can be found to the east of Amagasaki Castle. It is right there where you were given this quest at the start. You can leave a message on the notice board located outside the shrine, or enter the shrine. These are the game options that make Assassin’s Creed Shadows so good.

Collect the Kabukimono Together

Searching for all three Kabukimono in one location is possible. This location will only have three enemies and no Ronin. You will receive some help from other soldiers when the battle starts.

If you’ve recently decided to hunt both separately, it is recommended that you change your mind. You’ll save a lot of valuable time by letting us help with both scenarios.

Find them at the Takagi Otsuka Fort lumberyard. This is located on the southwest side near Settsu. Continue along the road leading out of Settsu until you see the second path on your left.

You can see the path just above a few small islands in the southern waters of Harima. You will reach Takagi Otsuka Fort by following this path. Once you reach the fort, take the road on the right. On your left, you will find the lumberyard and three Kabukimono.

How to Locate the Corrupt Blade Individually

If you choose to complete all the Kabukimono separately, the Corrupt Blade is located near the Takagi Otsuka Fort. On the northeastern side of this fort, you can find a quick-travel point.

This point is located in the Habayama Camp. You’ll have to defeat a group Ronin before you can get to the Kabukimono.

How to Locate the Laughing Man Individually

The Laughing Man Kabukimono is the second of the three Kabukimonos in Harima. You can find him by heading straight north from Takagi Otsuka Fort. Eventually, you will see the Kitano Village Kakurega. Blackstone Cascades is the required location.

It is located on the map west-northwest of Kamakura Valley, a little bit nearer the border between Harima and Tamba. Once you arrive at the location, you will have to defeat one Ronin and the Laughing Man.

How to Locate the Peacock Individually

The clue indicates that the last Kabukimono is located on the northwestern border of Harima which is located at the first. The road connecting these boundaries runs through Mount Kasagata. Peacock will be on your left when you reach Tamba.

Only one Ronin and the Kabukimono are required. Once you’ve defeated all of them, return to the quest giver for your final reward. You can earn up to 2,000 XP, mastery points and some rare/legendary gear by killing the Kabukimono. When you complete the quest, you can earn 5,000 more XP.
